CoinTrack Pro records employee time-in and time-out for each working day. Attendance data directly affects payroll computation.
How Attendance is Recorded
- Biometric Device: Fingerprint or face recognition synced to the system
- Manual Entry: HR can manually enter or adjust time records
- Employee Self-Service: Employees can log time via the ESS portal (if enabled)
Attendance Statuses
- Present — Clocked in within grace period
- Late / Tardy — Clocked in after the grace period
- Absent — No time record for the day
- Half Day — Worked less than half the shift
- Holiday — Regular or special non-working holiday
- On Leave — Approved leave for the day
Viewing Attendance Records
- Go to Attendance > Daily Records
- Filter by date range, department, or employee
- Click on any record to view or edit time details
