System Notifications

CoinTrack Pro keeps users informed with real-time in-app notifications and email alerts for important events.

Notification Types

• Leave Request: Notifies manager when an employee files a leave request
• Leave Approval: Notifies employee of approved or rejected leave
• Overtime Request: Notifies manager of new OT requests
• Payroll Processed: Notifies HR when a payroll run is completed
• Payslip Available: Notifies employees when their payslip is ready
• Document Expiry: Alerts HR of expiring employee documents
• Upcoming Regularization: Alerts HR of employees nearing regularization date

Notification Channels

• In-App: Bell icon in the navigation bar — click to see all notifications
• Email: Automated emails sent to the user's registered email address

Notification Settings

HR Admins can configure which events trigger notifications and to which roles under Settings > Notifications.
