Employee Loans

CoinTrack Pro tracks employee loans (company loans and government loans) and automatically deducts amortizations from each payroll run.

Loan Types

• Company Loan: Loans extended by the employer to the employee
• SSS Salary Loan: Government salary loan through SSS
• Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL): HDMF loan deductions
• Calamity Loan: Emergency assistance loans

Adding a Loan

1. Go to Loans > Add Loan
2. Select the employee and loan type
3. Enter loan amount, start date, and number of installments
4. The system computes the amortization schedule automatically
5. Save — deductions begin in the next payroll period

Loan Tracking

• View outstanding balance per employee
• See full amortization schedule and payment history
• Loans are automatically closed when the balance reaches zero
• Loan summary is available under Reports > Loans
