Adding Employees
Employee records are the foundation of CoinTrack Pro. Each employee has a complete profile covering personal, employment, and compensation details.
Required Information
- Personal: Full name, birthdate, gender, civil status, address
- Contact: Mobile number, email address
- Employment: Position, department, site, hire date, employment status
- Compensation: Salary, pay type (monthly / daily / hourly), pay schedule
- Government IDs: SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG numbers
- Bank Account: Bank name and account number for payroll disbursement
Employment Types
- Regular — Permanent employees
- Probationary — Employees within the probationary period
- Contractual / Project-based — Fixed-term contracts
- Part-time — Employees with reduced hours
Bulk Import
For large teams, use the bulk import feature:
- Go to Employees > Import
- Download the CSV/Excel template
- Fill in employee data following the template format
- Upload the file — CoinTrack Pro will validate and preview before importing
