CoinTrack Pro maintains a complete audit log of all system activities for accountability and compliance.
What Is Logged
- User logins and logouts
- Employee record changes (who changed what, and when)
- Payroll processing and approval events
- Leave approvals and rejections
- Document uploads and deletions
- Settings and configuration changes
Viewing the Audit Trail
- Go to Settings > Audit Trail
- Filter by user, date range, or action type
- Each log entry shows: timestamp, user, action performed, and the affected record
