Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal
The ESS portal gives employees direct access to their own HR information — reducing HR inquiries and empowering employees to manage their own requests.
What Employees Can Do
- View and download their payslips
- Check their leave credits and leave history
- File leave requests
- View their attendance and time records
- Check and file for overtime
- View their loan balances and amortization schedule
- Update their personal information (subject to HR approval)
Accessing the ESS Portal
- Employees log in using their assigned credentials
- The dashboard shows a summary of recent payslips, leave balance, and pending requests
- Navigate using the sidebar to access each module
Mobile Access
The ESS portal is mobile-responsive and accessible from any smartphone browser, allowing employees to manage requests on the go.
