Settings & Configuration
The Settings module gives Super Admins full control over system behavior, payroll configuration, and company-wide preferences.
Key Settings Areas
- Company: Company profile, logo, TIN, address
- Pay Schedule: Payroll frequency and cut-off dates
- Contribution Tables: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tax tables
- Leave Types: Configure leave types, credits, accrual rules
- Holidays: Regular and special non-working holiday calendar
- Work Schedules: Shift templates and schedule assignments
- Users & Roles: User accounts and permission management
- Notifications: Email and in-app notification configuration
Holiday Calendar
Add regular holidays (200% pay) and special non-working holidays (130% pay) to the calendar each year:
- Go to Settings > Holidays
- Click Add Holiday
- Enter the date, holiday name, and type (Regular or Special)
- Holidays are automatically applied to attendance and payroll computation
