Leave Types & Credits
CoinTrack Pro supports multiple leave types with configurable credit rules and automatic accrual.
Standard Leave Types
- Vacation Leave (VL): For personal time off
- Sick Leave (SL): For health-related absences
- Service Incentive Leave (SIL): Mandated 5 days under the Labor Code
- Maternity Leave: 105 days for qualified female employees
- Paternity Leave: 7 days for qualified male employees
- Solo Parent Leave: 7 days for solo parents
- Emergency Leave: For unforeseen urgent situations
Leave Credit Configuration
- Go to Settings > Leave Types
- Set annual leave credits per leave type
- Configure accrual schedule (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
- Set carry-over rules (whether unused credits roll over)
- Configure conversion to cash (if applicable)
Automatic Leave Accrual
CoinTrack Pro automatically accrues leave credits based on your configuration. Credits are added on schedule without manual intervention.
