Payslip Contents

• Employee name, ID, and position

• Earnings breakdown (basic pay, OT, holiday pay, allowances)

• YTD (year-to-date) totals for key components

Distributing Payslips

• Email: Automatically emailed to each employee after payroll approval
• ESS Portal: Employees can view and download their payslips anytime
• Bulk Download: HR can download all payslips as PDFs in one ZIP file

Payslip History

Employees have access to their full payslip history from the Employee Self-Service portal. HR can also view any employee's historical payslips from the employee profile.
