Employee Profiles
Each employee has a comprehensive profile page that consolidates all their HR information in one place.
Profile Sections
- Personal Information: Contact details, emergency contacts, civil status
- Employment Details: Position, department, employment type, regularization date
- Compensation: Current salary, allowances, pay type
- Government IDs: SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG numbers
- Bank Account: Payroll bank details
- Documents: 201 files and uploaded documents
- Leave Credits: Current leave balances
- Attendance History: Time records and absences
Updating Employee Records
- Navigate to Employees and search for the employee
- Click on the employee name to open their profile
- Click Edit on the relevant section
- Save changes — all edits are logged in the audit trail
Employee Search & Filtering
Use the search bar and filters to find employees by:
- Name or employee ID
- Department or position
- Employment status (Active, Resigned, Terminated)
- Site / location
