Employee Profiles

Each employee has a comprehensive profile page that consolidates all their HR information in one place.

Profile Sections

  • Personal Information: Contact details, emergency contacts, civil status
  • Employment Details: Position, department, employment type, regularization date
  • Compensation: Current salary, allowances, pay type
  • Government IDs: SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG numbers
  • Bank Account: Payroll bank details
  • Documents: 201 files and uploaded documents
  • Leave Credits: Current leave balances
  • Attendance History: Time records and absences

Updating Employee Records

  1. Navigate to Employees and search for the employee
  2. Click on the employee name to open their profile
  3. Click Edit on the relevant section
  4. Save changes — all edits are logged in the audit trail

Employee Search & Filtering

Use the search bar and filters to find employees by:

  • Name or employee ID
  • Department or position
  • Employment status (Active, Resigned, Terminated)
  • Site / location
