Organizational Structure

CoinTrack Pro lets you model your company's org structure with departments, positions, and multiple sites.

Departments

Departments group employees under a common function (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations).

  1. Go to Settings > Departments
  2. Click Add Department
  3. Enter department name and assign a department head

Positions

Positions define job titles and can have detailed job descriptions attached.

  1. Go to Settings > Positions
  2. Click Add Position
  3. Enter position title, department, and employee classification (Rank & File, Supervisory, Managerial)

Sites / Locations

For companies with multiple branches or offices:

  1. Go to Settings > Sites
  2. Add each site with its address and contact details
  3. Assign employees to their respective sites

Site-based filtering is available throughout the system for attendance, payroll, and reports.
