Organizational Structure
CoinTrack Pro lets you model your company's org structure with departments, positions, and multiple sites.
Departments
Departments group employees under a common function (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations).
- Go to Settings > Departments
- Click Add Department
- Enter department name and assign a department head
Positions
Positions define job titles and can have detailed job descriptions attached.
- Go to Settings > Positions
- Click Add Position
- Enter position title, department, and employee classification (Rank & File, Supervisory, Managerial)
Sites / Locations
For companies with multiple branches or offices:
- Go to Settings > Sites
- Add each site with its address and contact details
- Assign employees to their respective sites
Site-based filtering is available throughout the system for attendance, payroll, and reports.
