Follow-Up Appointments

DenTrackPro makes it easy to schedule and track follow-up visits directly from a completed appointment or treatment record.

Scheduling a Follow-Up

1. Open a completed appointment or treatment record
2. Click Schedule Follow-Up
3. Select the follow-up date, time, and dentist
4. Add any notes about what needs to be done at the next visit
5. Save — the follow-up will appear on the calendar and in the patient's appointment history

Viewing Follow-Ups

Go to Appointments > Follow-Ups to see all pending follow-up appointments across all patients. This helps the clinic ensure no patient is missed after a procedure.
