Documents & Uploads

DenTrackPro allows you to upload and store patient documents such as X-rays, lab results, consent forms, and other clinical files directly in the patient's record.

Uploading Documents

1. Open the patient's profile and go to the Documents tab
2. Click Upload Document
3. Select the file from your device (maximum 10MB per file)
4. Add a label or description for easy reference
5. Click Upload

Supported File Types

• Images: JPG, PNG (X-rays, photos)
• Documents: PDF (lab results, referral letters)

Viewing and Downloading Documents

All uploaded documents are listed in the patient's Documents tab. Click any document to view or download it. Files are securely stored and only accessible by authorized staff.
