Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with DenTrackPro quickly with these common workflows.
Adding Your First Patient
- Click Patients in the main navigation
- Click Add Patient
- Fill in the patient's personal details, contact information, and medical history
- Optionally upload a profile photo
- Click Save — a unique patient number is automatically assigned
Scheduling an Appointment
- Go to Appointments and open the Calendar view
- Select the dentist and click on an available time slot
- Search and select the patient
- Choose the appointment type and add notes if needed
- Save — the patient will receive an SMS or email reminder automatically
Recording a Treatment
- Open the patient's record and go to the Treatments tab
- Click New Treatment
- Select the procedures performed and add clinical notes
- Save the treatment record — it will be linked to the patient's dental chart
Creating an Invoice
- Go to Billing and click New Invoice
- Select the patient and add the procedures or services rendered
- Apply any discounts or promos if applicable
- Save and share the invoice with the patient
