Patient Portal
The DenTrackPro Patient Portal gives patients secure self-service access to their own dental records, appointments, and billing — reducing front-desk inquiries and improving patient experience.
Accessing the Patient Portal
Patients can log in to the portal using the credentials provided by the clinic (or set during online booking). The portal is accessible from any web browser or can be installed as a PWA on their device.
What Patients Can Do
- View Appointments: See upcoming and past appointment history
- View Treatment Plans: Review active and completed treatment plans
- Check Billing: View invoices, payment history, and outstanding balances
- Installments: See installment schedules and payment status
- Download Receipts: Download official receipts for completed payments
- View Consents: Review and sign medical consent forms
Patient Privacy
Each patient can only view their own records. No other patient's information is accessible through the portal. All data is protected by JWT authentication and the clinic's tenant-isolated database.
