Creating Invoices

DenTrackPro generates professional invoices for all dental services, with support for discounts, promos, and partial payments.

Creating a New Invoice

  1. Go to Billing and click New Invoice
  2. Select the patient
  3. Add the procedures or services rendered as line items
  4. Apply a discount or promo code if applicable
  5. Review the total and click Save

Recording Payments

  1. Open an invoice and click Record Payment
  2. Enter the amount paid and the payment method (Cash, GCash, Credit Card, etc.)
  3. Save — the payment is logged and the remaining balance is updated automatically

Partial Payments

Patients can pay in multiple installments. Each payment is recorded separately and the invoice balance is updated after every payment. The invoice status changes to Paid once the full amount is settled.

Invoice Numbering

Invoices are automatically numbered in sequence (e.g., INV-2025-001) for easy reference and record-keeping.
