What Is Logged
- Patient record creation and updates
- Invoice creation, edits, and payments
- Appointment changes and cancellations
- User account changes
- Settings and configuration updates
- Login and logout events
Viewing Audit Logs
- Go to Audit Logs in the main navigation
- Filter by user, date range, or action type
- Each log entry shows the user who made the change, the action taken, the affected record, and the timestamp
