Installment Plans

For patients who need to pay in multiple scheduled payments, DenTrackPro supports flexible installment plans.

Setting Up an Installment Plan

1. Open an invoice and click Set Up Installment Plan
2. Select a plan template or create a custom schedule
3. Set the down payment amount and the number of installments
4. Define the payment dates for each installment
5. Save — the plan is linked to the invoice and visible in the patient's profile

Recording Installment Payments

Go to the patient's installment plan and click Record Payment next to the due installment. Enter the amount paid and save.

Installment Plan Templates

Go to Installment Plans in the main menu to create reusable templates (e.g., "3-Month Plan", "6-Month Plan") that can be quickly applied when creating patient payment arrangements.

Payment Alerts

The system tracks upcoming and overdue installments, so receptionists can follow up with patients on schedule.
