DenTrackPro integrates with PayMongo to accept digital payments directly within the system.
Supported Payment Methods
- GCash — e-wallet payment via QR or link
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard
- Cash — manual recording by receptionist
Sending a Payment Link
- Open the invoice and click Send Payment Link
- The patient receives a link via SMS or email
- They complete payment through the secure PayMongo checkout
- The invoice is automatically updated once payment is confirmed
Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely through PayMongo with webhook signature verification. DenTrackPro ensures idempotent payment handling to prevent duplicate charges.
