Clinic Settings

Configure your clinic's information, branding, and operational preferences in the Settings section.

General Settings

• Clinic Name & Address: Appears on invoices, prescriptions, and printouts
• Logo: Upload your clinic logo for branding on all documents
• Contact Information: Phone, email, and website
• Working Hours: Set your clinic's operating days and hours
• Appointment Duration: Default duration for new appointments (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour)

Notification Settings

• Enable or disable SMS and email reminders
• Set how many hours before an appointment reminders are sent
• Configure the SMS sender name (via Semaphore)

Procedures

Manage your procedure catalog under Settings > Procedures. Add, edit, or deactivate procedures with their default pricing. These are used when creating invoices and treatment plans.
