Creating Treatment Plans

Treatment plans in DenTrackPro allow dentists to outline a series of procedures for a patient, provide a cost estimate, and track progress over time.

Creating a New Treatment Plan

1. Open the patient's profile and go to the Treatment Plans tab
2. Click New Treatment Plan
3. Add a title and description for the plan
4. Add the procedures to be performed, with their costs
5. Organize procedures into phases if the treatment is spread across multiple visits
6. Save the plan

Treatment Plan Statuses

• Pending: Plan created but not yet started
• In Progress: Treatment is ongoing
• Completed: All procedures have been performed

Printing Quotations

DenTrackPro can generate a printable quotation from any treatment plan. Open the plan and click Print Quotation. The quotation includes the patient's name, procedures, and total estimated cost — useful for insurance or patient reference.
