DenTrackPro includes a configurable pre-appointment health questionnaire to capture important medical information from patients before their visit.

Patient Medical History

Each patient profile includes a medical history section covering:

• Known allergies (medications, materials)
• Current medications
• Pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart conditions)
• Previous surgeries or hospitalizations
• Pregnancy status
• Bleeding disorders or clotting issues

Pre-Appointment Questionnaire

When patients book online, they are required to complete a health questionnaire before their appointment is confirmed. Dentists can review the submitted answers in the appointment details before the patient arrives.

Updating Medical History

Medical history can be updated at any time from the patient's profile. All changes are timestamped and logged in the audit trail to maintain an accurate clinical record.
