Discounts & Promos

DenTrackPro supports both fixed discounts and promotional campaigns that can be applied to invoices.

Discounts

Discounts can be a fixed amount or a percentage off the invoice total.

1. Go to Discounts and click Add Discount
2. Set the discount name, type (fixed or percentage), and value
3. Save and apply to invoices as needed

Promotions

Promos are campaign-based discounts with date ranges and usage limits — ideal for seasonal offers or specific procedure bundles.

1. Go to Promos and click New Promo
2. Set the promo name, discount type, applicable procedures, start and end dates, and usage limit
3. Save — the promo is automatically available for invoices within the active date range

Applying Discounts and Promos to Invoices

When creating or editing an invoice, select a discount or promo from the dropdown. The system applies it automatically and recalculates the total.
