In-App Notifications

DenTrackPro delivers real-time in-app notifications to keep your team informed of important events without needing to refresh the page.

Types of In-App Notifications

• New appointment booked or rescheduled
• Appointment cancellation
• New online booking request awaiting approval
• Overdue installment payment
• New patient registered via online booking
• System alerts and updates

Viewing Notifications

Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to view your notification feed. Unread notifications are highlighted. Click any notification to go directly to the relevant record.

Marking as Read

Click Mark All as Read to clear your notification count, or click individual notifications to mark them as read.
