Changing Your Password
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Confirm the new password and click Save
Forgot Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
Admin: Resetting a Staff Member's Password
Superadmins can trigger a password reset for any staff account. Go to Users, open the staff member's profile, and click Reset Password. The staff member will receive an email with instructions.
Session Management
For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. If you are logged out unexpectedly, simply log in again. Always log out when using a shared device.
