Prescriptions & Medical Certificates

Dentists can issue prescriptions and medical certificates directly from DenTrackPro, linked to a patient's record.

Writing a Prescription

1. Open the patient's profile and go to the Prescriptions tab
2. Click New Prescription
3. Add the medications, dosages, and instructions
4. Save and print the prescription

Issuing a Medical Certificate

1. Open the patient's profile and go to Prescriptions > Medical Certificates
2. Click New Certificate
3. Fill in the certificate details and the dentist's findings
4. Save and print

Consents

Medical consent forms can be created and sent to patients for signature. Go to Consents to manage consent templates and track which patients have signed.
