Online Booking

DenTrackPro provides a public-facing online booking page where patients can request appointments without calling the clinic.

How Online Booking Works

1. Share your clinic's unique booking link or clinic code with patients
2. Patients visit the booking page and select their preferred date and time
3. They fill in their details or look up their existing patient record
4. They complete the pre-appointment health questionnaire
5. The booking request is submitted and appears in your appointments dashboard for approval

Approving Booking Requests

1. Go to Appointments > Booking Requests
2. Review the patient's details and requested time slot
3. Click Approve to confirm or Decline to reject
4. The patient receives an SMS confirmation once approved

Enabling Online Booking

Go to Settings > Online Booking to enable the feature and get your clinic's unique booking link.
