Dental Charting

DenTrackPro provides an interactive FDI notation dental chart for each patient, allowing dentists to record and track the condition of every tooth.

Using the Dental Chart

• Click on any tooth in the chart to view its current conditions and history
• Add new conditions or treatments to a specific tooth
• Each tooth supports 5-surface mapping (mesial, distal, buccal, lingual, occlusal)
• View a complete treatment history per tooth with timestamps
• Multiple records can be added over time to track progress

Recording Tooth Conditions

Common conditions you can document on the chart:

• Caries (cavities) and decay
• Missing teeth
• Crowns and bridges
• Root canal treatment
• Implants
• Fillings and restorations
• Fractures and chips
• Periodontal conditions

Linking Treatments to the Chart

When recording a treatment, you can link it to specific teeth on the chart. This keeps a complete clinical history for each tooth and helps track the progression of dental work over time.
